| Hovering flying object with flashing red, green and white lights. First spotted in night sky at 8:50pm est. Object is slowly hovering, but is small and a distance away. With binoculars, you can see the separate red, green and white lights that appear to surround the top round portion. Over the next hour, it appeared to slowly lower itself before raising yet again. |
