Bird like object, translucent and no flapping of wings I saw an aircraft (N9TL) flying eastbound at an altitude of 2400 feet (according to adsbexchange.com). Then I saw what appeared to be a large bird flying straight towards the aircraft. At first I thought they may collide but realized the UAP was flying ~500 feet below the aircraft. The UAP was not flapping its wings and appeared to be translucent. According to my Tempest weather station, there was zero wind at ground level at this time. The UAP was flying NE toward a KCPD station and also a KCPD helicopter (N691PD) that was in the area.
