Looking toward the moon, I saw a craft that was very bright and had no position lights moving both vertically & horizontally As I looked toward the moon a craft that was very bright and had lights on what looked like wings or appendages began to move in a strange manner. It came toward my direction and then took off into the darkness at a very high rate of speed. I watched it disappear in a matter of seconds.
