Extremely strange circular object with vivid flashing green lights. As I was taking out the trash at work, I vividly noticed a strange circular object with flashing green lights going off all around the object. It clearly wasn't something normal in the sky and I had very heavy breathing after seeing this thing for a bit, including feeling extremely on edge after the encounter. Seemed as if it was just floating in the sky for around 2 minutes or so. I wasn't able to get a photo or video of the object due to the immense shock of this incident.
