Thought it was a shooting star then four more came through the clouds I was letting my dog out to go to the bathroom after a good nights sleep. And I was looking up at the sky and I thought I saw a shooting star but it was moving slower than a shooting star would. Then rapidly 4 more lights (Maybe it was 5) shown through the clouds near by the original light and they were going pretty fast. I could see the lights fading and getting brighter as they moved through the clouds. Then I just couldn't see them anymore. I waited another minute to see if they would return, but nothing. I called the national weather service to see if they see if they saw anything on the radar and they said no. The lights came from the south along the Mississippi and headed north/north east. There is an airport near by. Maybe I'm just crazy. I just wanted to report it in case someone else woke up this morning and seen the same thing. Also, there were no sounds.
