Stationary, wingless craft about 100' above the meadow- The craft was a short cylinder with domed-out ends. It was dark gold and had a glimmering greenish band on the upper part of the cylinder. I had stopped my car in the middle of the road and needed to pull over so I wouldn't get hit. I didn't want to take my eyes off the object. I quickly swiveled my head to see if I could pull off the road. When I turned back to the UFO it was gone. I got out of my car and looked 360 degrees to see if I could spot it. The craft had disappeared.
