About 10-15 minutes after dawn

Seen through front windshield 15 degrees roughly on the right side central view. Very,very,very bright circle roughly dime size. Super clean edges on circle. Bright similar to big 4 foot diameter searchlight pointing directly at you. Only white light, no colour at all. It made a few counterclockwise 90 degree turns each taking about 1-2 seconds , maybe 3, moving slowly. Then coming to a complete stop for a couple seconds. Then, exited West on horizontal heading due West taking far less than half a second, maybe 0.1 seconds, gone. If I was alone, I wouldn't have trusted my vision. Asked my wife to tell me what she just saw to verify what I saw. Exactly same description from her. No sound other than my car. I wanted to call Tweed police to document but just never did. I'm glad I finally did even if I saw no more details, so kind of a weak sighting. Best guess is that it was 3-10 miles distance from us.
