Saw bright orb in sky. Recorded bright orb in sky on home security camera. Watched it shine really bright then dim for a brief second then get extremely bright. Seemed stationary for a few seconds then seemed to raise altitude then raised out of view of camera. Recorded on my phone app, then received a phone call so I stopped recording for a few minutes then went back and Recorded the rest of the footage.
