Went to 2nd story bedroom window and looked out - difficulty sleeping Looking towards SE sky, traveling in an easterly direction, oval (UFO??) surrounded all around by very bright lights around a vertical oval shape moving moderately, not fast, not slowly caught my eye. Watched about 5 minutes, not wanting to search for my cell phone. Not close by, cannot estimate distance, but high up, then saw it through tree branches, then disappeared quickly (perhaps behind a cloud??). Certainly very strange.
