Triangular, chrome in color, three large orange lights. It was seen once at 3am giving over my apartment through my window. The craft was flying very slowly about 3mph. I saw the craft again in the daytime at the same location perched in some clouds just hovering still with no sound. I noticed the apartment had a magnetic shift after the event my compass was out -21 degrees. The alternator also blew out in my truck when I first moved there. I felt psychologically abducted presiding the event and delusional.
