bright light, kinds of twinkling with red, green and blue lights randomly lighting up. stationary craft. small spin and vertical moves let dog out to go to the bathroom. Husband saw strange sparkly light in the sky. I looked and agreed it was stationary. Noticed red, blue and green random flashing lights. no sound. Very high in the sky. Used star gazer app to see if it was a star or something in space. Nothing showed on the app. Daughter came to watch for about 10 minutes. Craft made some vertical and turning type moves.
