A small circular object with flashing lights staying put in the air. After seeing a movie, my boyfriend and I were returning home. However still, I noticed a round object with flashing lights floating in the air as I peered out the window. Yet, this item was simply floating there in the air and NOT moving at all. It had three lights that flashed. When we got closer, it appeared to be landing as it glided downward, but as we got further away, it immediately rose again.
