Location details: looked to be over highway 270 from my house

it looked to be a star but it was too bright to be a star and it started moving.

I was going back home from work and I looked over to the right and saw a bright light but it started moving so I pulled over and it started moving fast then just stopped mid air I do have pictures of it.
