Location details: About 300' above tree line a bright light bouncing up down, and sideways,no noise at all

I shined flashlight at it then it starts moving torward us. Pretty scary
It was a bright light bouncing up down and sideways and when I noticed that there was 2 of them I shined a bright light at both lights .they were approximately 3 miles apart
