This was seen by multiple people in Northern Virginia

My wife called on her drive home (12 miles) and told me to go outside and look in the sky. The 4 lights moved in sequence and rhythm almost like a spot light. I live within 30 miles of 2 airports and within 15 miles of DC. It’s very secure airspace. There are also 2 orbs that appear in the video that move and bounce like ping pong balls.
