Bright flashing orbs were hovering in the tree lines across the railroad tracks. They would move closer then stay in one place.

Bright flashing color changing orbs hovering in the distance across the railroad tracks. They would appear to be moving closer then stop. Many in a vertical line. There was no noise coming from it, but we heard walking and some sort of talking in the distance.
