Cigar-shaped black object floating high in the sky without disappearing or significantly moving. Caught on film.

One black, cigar-shaped object floating high in the sky off of Interstate I-40 in Arrington TN at sunset. Observers witnessed one blinking light and white smoke stream coming from the craft, but it did not seem to move further into the air even after 20 minutes. One observer collected video evidence for two minutes with decent visibility.
