It was there in a circle of clouds, odd cloud formation like an intense bright light

I was on morning walk , around 6 AM, it was dark, I happened to look up and there it was just sitting up there for several seconds, I opened phone and snapped s as picture. I watched for a few seconds and it just disappeared
