Location details: Driving between Gratz Pa and Valley View PA, directly above the mountain ridge.

2 lights appear, one after another, suddenly disappear, one after another.

This is actually the third time I have witnessed this same phenomenon in about a 2 month period. Im driving late at night, west to east, between Gratz Pa and Valley View Pa. Directly above the south mountain ridge, I see one light appear, followed by a second light. They stay stationary for 5 mins or so, then one vanishes and then the other. They appear to be miles apart. If your not watching, they almost look like stars. I do not have pictures or videos due to me driving.
