Location details: I saw it while riding on a highway

Shape: Cone
Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object, Left a trail

It was almost triangle but it was not and it had yellow lights going down four sides, I have a picture

It was far away but the picture zooms in and I can see it is a black cone using yellow lights yellow triangle on top and four bars of yellow light down the sides
