Strange Craft

In Cambridge above the venue high up in the sky appeared out of nowhere, was still for a few seconds then jumped across to the right at immense speed and then stopped, started to flash red and green lights for 20 seconds.
The craft then stopped dead still for around 3 minutes, then a immense white bright light turned on for a few seconds. The craft then jumped back to the left before vanishing.
