1 hovering craft, followed by 2 others, disappearing in the blink of an eye

As a child sitting on my apartment terrace, I was in direct eyesight of a multi colored UFO. My apartment was on the 7th floor and the UFO was directly across the street perhaps no more than 100 yards from me. it stood perfectly still hovering above a large antennae on top of the school across the street. 2 more craft appeared, in the blink of an eye, they then appeared at the end of the street, then immediately disappeared.
