She was taking a video of sunset and caught the lights cut across them back into frame then across again and cut back to speed away

In the video the light shoots across from right to left of the frame. Then it cuts out completely as the zoom happens. Then it returns back and cuts fast to the right back out of frame then quickly you see a the shadow cut away and shoot in the distance.
