4 different circles making 90 degree turns that were in a pattern but not coordinated with a weird green white glow.

There was 1 circle at the 12:11 that was shooting faster than a plane and to slow to be a shooting star and it was making perfect 90-100 degree turns then another one seemed to come at first it seemed like a new star had just appeared but 30 seconds (approximately) it started to go into the distance then turning back and then 2 more came and started flying off then I couldn't tell if a new one came or one just turned back but it flew off.
