Let me know where to send video I have several minutes on my phone. Seems to be a [hyper] color changing, shape shuffling 3D object of light inside of an electric sphere, similar to a toy plasma ball. At first I thought may be a star and the color changes were just photons hitting atmospheric interference, but couldn't find anything online that looked like this. Then one very cloudy night I realized it was in front of the clouds, so there's no way its a star. Email me or text me and I'm happy to share the video.
