Giant black circle with extremely bright green red blue light I was driving home from dropping of a friend during a really bad rain storm from west bend highway to menomonee falls, wipers where on max and I couldn’t see anything, I was sliding in water and almost ran off the road a couple times, I said to myself I might actually die then I see a very bright light illuminate in front of me in the sky not up but straight ahead, and I could see everything now but I thought it was lighting at first until I noticed the light was green and then turned red and that’s when I got a little scared and I looked ahead and saw a black circle in the sky like the emoji and the lights where coming from behind it and then it went from red to blue and then everything just went dark again and I couldn’t see anything anymore just how it was before the lights. I thought it could’ve been lighting when I saw the green light but once the red appears instead of green and was still aluminating the sky I was confused and looked straight a head and seen the black circle kinda looked like the silhouette of the moon but not up in the sky but straight ahead
