The UFO was seen low to the ground at high speeds. The UFO was seen around 9:46 PM EST. It was low to the ground which would break the FAA Rules of how low you can be to the ground. The aircraft was seen going at very high rates of speed. The aircraft was only about 80 - 100 feet off of the ground. It was circle and it was sliver.
