looked up at storm clouds as leaving theatre & saw silver ball/sphere speeding NW..turned black & disappeared

After exiting AMC theatre looked up at storm clouds forming & noticed a fast moving silver ball or sphere heading NW and upward...it kept rapidly moving in a straight line and all of a sudden it turned solid black and then
disappeared! sorry no photos as I was stunned and only lasted about 20-30 seconds!!

Thought at first it was a balloon but it never bobbed in the wind or changed its trajectory! It was perfectly round.
