Taking out trash saw a beam

Almost like a cloudy start beaming on and off stopping then 3-4 slowly coasting almost as if it knew I was watching them this is the 3rd time this time I was speachless the last report I had with another organization was those Chinese lanterns I kinda suspected it but thought it was interesting not uploading my pictures please call tomorrow not right now too tired
