Hovered stationary 10 feet above light pole in back yard next door. Rotating clock wise slowly. The it slowly moved over middle of back yard next door and slowly tilted towards me or my house as it was under construction. It had a dark brown cap or cockpit. I pointed in their face and it leveled off an Zip it was gone. A metal body that curved together on outer reaches no markings or attachments. A perfect machine. I was as close as fifty feet from it. It just slowly rotated clock wise and made no sound not a whisper. Went from stand still to a flash out of sight.
I knew then if we could use it’s energy the worlds economy would collapse. I reported it to Ellington AFB it came over the base they had it on Radar just before it was at my house . They didn’t know where it was and ask where I was. The base security officer saw it go over the base and called. A former Air Force Pilot saw it and called them. NASA was just under construction. Their answer to me it’s an aircraft. I told him yes that’s where I saw it but you don’t have anything like this it’s a UFO. Still an unknown Energy operating it. Rotating clock wise tells me it gets its power from Earth’s gravity. Science has a lot to learn about this clean energy.
