A red glowing aerial object with maybe a type of billowing kite a above behind it This is the second time I have seen this. The first time was approximately 2 months ago, driving towards town on Washington Street in Gloucester, MA. It is a large-ish red glowing (not firey) lit object that hovered high up over Dogtown Commons. I could not make out the actual shape of it. There also appeared to be a dark slightly shimmery barely illuminated billowing kite above/behind/attached to it. It was stationery a while. I stopped to watch it near Plum Cove beach. It began to move, but did not fly away like jets do, eventually like when you watch them. That was the first time seeing it. I saw the żsame? Object again last Sunday night over near Good Harbor Beach. It was floating. Then it began moving inland.
