A silver/metallic donut-shaped object heading north at a constant rate, appears to be spinning as it moves
A silver/metallic round/donut-shaped object is heading south-to-north at a constant rate. Appears to be spinning as it moves. It made no obvious sound. It was moving about 90 degrees/perpendicular from the prevailing winds, in a straight line.
Video was taken from near the corner of Hudson Ave and Kirby Circle in Palm Bay, FL.
Observer is a 21-yr old male, a machinist who has a 2yr AA degree and a 140 IQ.
