Tic tac white round spots in sky over Crown Point from a picture taken from phone while driving

While heading West on I-84 Hwy taking picture of sensory with I Phone as passenger. At the time never noticed anything in the sky till we looked at it when we got home and saw all these white lights above Crown Point. Had many other picture of sky with nothing in them to compare.
Saw TV show 5/10/22 about a team UPAX that talked about what they called Tic Tac’s and remembered we had something just like that. Picture can be attached for your reference.
