Thought it was a plane at first but it was stationary for 10 minutes. Moved within seconds after I took photo and before I could get 2

I saw this in the sky while I was driving home and at first thought it was a plane. But it stayed in the same spot for 10 minutes or more which made me think it wasn’t a plane. So I pulled over, rolled down my car window and took this picture. I was about to take another with the zoom in but before I could get it in focus it moved out of view in seconds and was gone. I got one picture and was able to zoom in for a closer look. I showed it to my neighbor who is a retired air traffic controller and he said it’s a UFO.
