Completely silent low altitude very long stream of lights traveling upward at a slow speed over Stockbridge GA at 7:09 PM

Me and my neighbor were walking, she commented on the number of stars and that's when I saw it. It was traveling upward at a slow speed, it appeared to be straight and was very long (if I had to guess, maybe the length of four to five 747's) and it had lights running its entire length. I questioned whether it was a plane and I was seeing the reflection of its lights, but the sky was clear leaving nothing for it to reflect off of. I decided to try to take a couple of pictures. The first picture I snapped, I saw something (a white light) fly into view of my phone's camera (not in front of my face, I just saw the white light fly, and it was fast). It did not appear again on the second shot. I then called my daughter to come out to see it, but she didn't and when I turned to direct her to its path, it was gone. The two pictures I took do not look like what we saw, but they are showing something and I can't tell what it is. You can however tell that it large. Also, it was flying as low as planes do when they're about 20 miles out from landing, and it was silent.
