Unknown object near my home

On Sunday morning (August 1st at around 3:25AM), a weird light appeared on my street. My Ring driveway camera takes a picture every three minutes and captured the occurrence. I have attached a two second video which is a series of snapshots. I’m at a loss as to what this is..
