triangular object with red, green and white rapidly flashing lights, apparently stationary, low in the westerly sky after sunset

this is my fourth report, see reports on 10/2020 and 9/2020 same encounter, with binoculars, it appears triangular or pyramidal, flashing red, green blue and white lights, frequency is at least twice that of commercial aircraft.

appears to naked eye as a sphere, I have been observing this for nearly 2 yrs. now. have received no explanations. look west slightly south west at 15-30 degrees inclination.

I have seen and correctly identified the ISS, this is NOT the ISS.
