Saw a steady pulsating fireball above that moved slowly away

At 22.23pm my mom and I witnessed an object in the sky in Brooklyn NYC.

I saw it first it looked like a pulsating fireball very steady and silent.

By the time my mom got her iphone out to record it started to move away in the distance. It left no trail.

On the video I hear a continuous sound in the background but it was a very still and silent night.
