As I was looking at the near horizon there was clearly a strip of flashing white lights moving very slowly horizontally for five to ten seconds. Then in a flash this object darted up and to the left at a about a 70 degree angle and vanished.

I was a young girl of approximately ten years of age, and immediately went into the dwelling on the base at Fort Leavenworth and told two people and was told that I was imagining things. I will never forget it.

This was in the mid 60’s and in the middle of the day.
