we saw a bright light looking SE. It did not move. It appeared to be stationary. We watched it for about 30 minutes. We figured it was a satellite which we were confused since it was a new location for one. This evening we looked and there was no satellite.

The time of sighting was between 8 and 9 pm, EST.
