Was outside facing the city of Tucson. 2 lights appeared to be flying over the city. After about 45 seconds, the one on the right flashed on a big light. About 10 seconds after the light dimmed yet still visible. Lights seemed to be coming closer or either spreading apart. I heard no noise come from it. I live on the edge of town near Vail. Very empty area and a big wash (the pantano wash) is close by.
