Orb of light near Moore water tower Out walking my service dog with my parents whom were also walking their dogs when my dad noticed an orb close to the Moore water tower on 19th Street & Tower Drive. It was too high to be any radio or cell phone tower and it hovered with no sound. Once we got home I took a couple videos and zoomed in as far as the iPhone would allow and the object was actually bouncing around as it acted as if it would deliberately move out of your screens viewing. About 10:30 PM we went out to see if it was still there and it was but it had moved significantly lower as I had the water tower as reference. It finally went away about 11:30 PM which is when a helicopter coming from a different direction just happened to be flying nearby. Maybe they were looking for it? I don’t know but as a career military guy I know what I saw and have video and photo evidence of and there is nothing I know of that hovers in silence for several hours, moving slightly and producing itself ! as a ball of light.
