Bright circular flying objects. On roof of building making repair. Look up and see 8-10 things flying in circular rotations. They broke off after 30 seconds. One came back into view has flying straight then zig zaged and I lost sight. After a few minutes two aircraft headed toward the area that I seen the UFOs. Mind you there are no planes flying today because of shut downs. Tried to take pictures and video but in the video and pictures you can’t see them.
