I was crossing the Choctawhatchee Bay on the Mid Bay Bridge, I was on the north side of the arch when something caught my eye, I looked to the west and saw something shiny in the bay, it surfaced it looked like a light blue ball, It seemed to be larger than my pickup truck, it came out of the water hovered for a few seconds and shot straight up it was out of sight in just a matter of seconds.
