While on the Will Roger's turnpike from okc to Tulsa: a green light appeared in the west sky such as a star. Then the green light dropped from the sky, similar to a shooting star that moves across the sky... 1 min later, an oval and odd shaped aircraft flew low and towards the drop of the green light. Aircraft was oddly shaped with odd light around it.
