Stationary red light hovers 20 degrees above the horizon north of Boise, emitting a second right light to the surface with 2 witnesses.

My wife and I both saw a red light hover motionless at about 20 degrees on the horizon perhaps 20 miles due north of Boise for a total of approximately six minutes. The fact the craft was motionless was notable, and it caught the eye of both of us. A fter approximately 1 minute a second red light then descended from the craft to the horizon, taking perhaps ten seconds to do so. This was at a consistent velocity in a completely straight line. No other crafts were visible at the time. There were no adjacent aircraft.
