4 bluish-white lights that were simultaneously going in a circle, but meeting into middle (diagonally).

As we were driving down the I-5 South from lynnwood, what appeared to be 4 bluish-white lights that were simultaneously going in a circle but meeting into the middle (diagonally). While it seemed to move slowly down south.
