Bright blue orb of light high in sky and within seconds it took off and created a streak of light that faded to green before completely disappearing. Happened on 2 occasions. Once standing in the walmart parking lot facing west towards 270/Saint Charles. The other incident was very close in proximity occurring a few months prior while driving east on 270 between st charles rock road and 370/missouri bottom. It was directly ahead of me looking east. Both occurrences were brief and photos were unable to be captured.
