Night of 31Aug19 to 01Sep19. Fishing on Ferry Beach in Saco. Looked south down the beach and observed 3 orange lights in the sky which seemed to be over Biddeford, Maine. Lights moved slowly independent ant of one another. Few flickers, but mostly slow and small movements. Lights were observed to be in the sky for about 15 to 20 minutes and when we looked again, they were gone. Witnessed by 2 people.
