Looked to be stars out was all of a sudden one started to move side to side in circles then the sky in distances started pulsating inlights like lightning then all of a sudden 20+ light where going all over and moving in hyper-speed one turned a light on lightning up the sky for about 10 seconds and then vanished as did most of the lights and the flashing.
